Making Reservations
When you call or e-mail Atrium Eco Travel, we will be open and honest about what we can do for you. We will ask you for information about where and when you want to travel, the type of activities and accommodation you require, and your approximate budget. We will then make recommendations and give you guidance as to what to consider in planning for your trip.

If you would like us to research a customized itinerary for you, but with no obligation to book, we may charge a fee of between $50 and $200, depending on the time and effort we require to put together such an itinerary for you. This fee will be applied to the cost of your trip, should you decide to book with us.

If you wish to take one of the itineraries on our website, then no fee is required and we will make the booking on receipt of your deposit.

To Book A Trip
A 20% or $500 deposit, whichever is more, must be paid to Atrium Eco Travel before we make a booking. If you wish us to book international airfare, the total of the airfare, airport taxes, fuel, security and other surcharges must be paid together with the deposit. Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of itinerary when all hotels, transportation and tours are confirmed . If necessary, we will book alternates - often hotel availability cannot be confirmed until shortly before departure; if any of the alternative arrangements are not acceptable you can request for changes or cancel and ask for a full refund of your trip.

The balance of the trip will be due 30 days before departure. For any bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, we will require payment in full in lieu of a deposit.

We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, bank draft, cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to an additional service charge of 3.5% of any payments made, and must be made in person at our office or else accompanied by a letter of authorization, copy of both sides of the credit card and photo ID.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
After we receive your acceptance of the bookings made for you, the following cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure - forfeiture of deposit
Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to departure - NO REFUND of tour cost

Refund of International airfare is subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the airline. You will be notified of the policy when you make a booking.

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by mail, fax or e-mail to Atrium Eco Travel.

No refunds are available for unused services or tours during your trip.

Trip Insurance
None of the tour prices we quote to you will include travel insurance. For this reason, we strongly recommend you purchase a travel insurance policy that will cover unanticipated events that may disrupt, postpone or cause you to cancel your trip. We are not licensed sellers of travel insurance, but will refer you to one if you so desire.

Price Changes
While we will make every attempt to honour the prices advertised on this website, adjustments may have to be made due to peak period surcharges, use of alternate hotels or flights, changes in government taxes or other unforseen circumstances. If this should occur, and you then choose not to proceed with your booking, your deposit will be fully refunded.
